Move Forward with Confidence and Clarity
People are often fearful of what happens in counselling and that makes it hard for them to take that first step!
At Clearview Counselling, therapy begins by helping you feel safe, respected, and in control. There’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready for! We move gently, together, at your pace.
The first few sessions are simply about getting to know each other and making sure the space feels safe for you, especially if you’ve experienced abuse or harm in relationships. Nothing is rushed, and you’re always in charge of what you share.
Sessions are available in person in Melbourne or online across Australia.
Counselling
-
Abuse can reduce your sense of self-worth. These relationships can leave lasting emotional wounds, including self-doubt, anxiety, and loss of identity.
Sessions focus on understanding patterns of abuse, strengthening boundaries, and helping you reconnect with your sense of self in a compassionate, non-judgemental environment.
Emma offers trauma-informed counselling that validates your experience, recognises the real harm caused, and supports your journey toward healing, emotional safety, and renewed confidence.
Life Coaching
-
When you’re ready to move forward, life coaching provides structure and accountability to help you take confident next steps. Emma’s coaching sessions focus on:
Setting meaningful personal or professional goals
Managing change and uncertainty effectively
Rebuilding confidence and motivation
Staying grounded while creating new routines and purpose
Walk & Talk Therapy
-

Feel “stuck” in your thoughts
Think best while moving
Want a grounded, relaxed environment
